About Peeling Birch
Why Peeling Birch?
Creating sacred space to be seen and heard
I love hiking in the Northwoods of Wisconsin and in the deserts of the Southwest, observing the uniqueness and variety of the landscape, plants and animals. I also love the reflection of the autumn trees or the moonlight on a calm lake and the adventure that kayaking down an unknown river brings.
It’s a metaphor for our own lives. Life ebbs and flows from times of hardships to times of joy and celebration. We each bring our own uniqueness and variety to life.
At Peeling Birch Coaching, we embark together on a journey of self-discovery—peeling back the layers of your complex, busy life to reveal your deeper self. This is more than coaching; it’s an invitation to be truly seen and heard.
How I Walk with You
- Individual Coaching & Spiritual Direction
Whether you’re navigating vocational shifts, grief, or a spiritual longing, I offer a sacred, confidential space rooted in deep listening, curiosity, and intentional questions. It’s not therapy—it’s companionship in discovery. - Coaching for Life Transitions & Grief
Whether you’re stepping into a new phase—career change, retirement, loss, empty nesting—or carrying unspoken grief, this space offers clarity, compassion, and presence. You don’t need to have it all figured out to receive support. - Group & Team Spaces
Whether among ministry teams, workplace groups, or circles of individuals in transition, our group spaces offer collective reflection, shared wisdom, and the power of connection in forward movement. - Spiritual Direction and Silent Directed Retreats
Drawing from interspiritual traditions, I walk alongside you as a sacred companion—helping you notice what matters, listen for inner guidance, and uncover the movement of the Divine in your unfolding path.
